Booking details
Price rates are on night basis and for max 6 people. Number of guests must be reported at reservation or later if agreed accordingly. Price includes: towels and bed linen, fire wood for fireplace, wi-fi internet, kitchen cleaning supplies and starter toilet paper.

Payments needed to be paid on the spot:
- tourist tax by pricelist of the Hotel Planja
- check-in and check-out: 5€ adults and 3,50€ children till 18 years
Arrivals: from 16.00 (4 p.m.) onwards
Departures: until 10.00 (10 a.m.) in the morning

Reservation policy
Your booking has to be made in advance, and is secured with a 30 % instant deposit. The rest has to be paid at least 14 days before travel to our bank account, open at SKB banka d.d., IBAN: SI56 0311 8100 1411 504
Minimum stay: normally 3 nights or more during high season (for two nights, we charge 30% additionally). Minimal stay during the winter holidays is 7 nights.
Cancellation policy
Because we are a small business and there is a high demand for our accommodation, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.
For cancellations occurring 31 days or more prior to scheduled arrival there is a 30 € cancellation fee.
For cancellations occurring 15 - 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, cancellation fee is full 30% deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival are subject to no refund.
If we are able to rent the house to somebody else, we will charge 30€ cancelation fee, but refund the deposit .
We will accommodate changes to reservation dates where possible. Handling fee for change is 30€.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
